The village of Araules is 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand and 1h30 from Lyon, in a peaceful wooded setting. Away from the village, an old farmhouse has just been completely renovated into a spacious and comfortable vacation home called "Les Abreuvoirs". La maison de Lina" is located in a complex of buildings comprising 3 independent gîtes that can be grouped together to accommodate up to 30 holidaymakers. Lina was the last woman to live here, and by completely renovating the building the new owners have paid her a magnificent tribute! The quality of the renovation will take your breath away as you discover this gîte: noble materials, meticulous country decor, comfortable facilities - everything has been done to ensure you have a wonderful vacation! Let yourself be seduced, "La maison de Lina" will be the ideal place for a stay with friends or family combining conviviality, comfort and intimacy! On the ground floor, you'll find a 100 m² living area with a magnificent kitchen and a living room featuring a magnificent fireplace with open hearth.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The outdoor areas of around 4000M² are shared by all three gîtes.
