This former farm in the Allier valley has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests in a haven of peace. The 500 m² of private grounds are ideal for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet. The unobstructed view lets you enjoy the landscape in summer and winter alike, and catch glimpses of your close neighbors in the distance: deer, hinds, roe deer and local wildlife. Just 3 kms away is the village of Saint Prëjet d'Allier, where you'll find a restaurant/bar/snack bar + bread/viennoiserie, post office and library. You can use the communal swimming pool free of charge, and borrow canoes and paddles for trips on the Lake. There are several Hiking trails starting from the village (fitness trail, arboretum, etc.). Nearby: Saugues 12 km away (shops and services, weekly market, biological lake with supervised swimming, Bête du Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais, Michelin-starred restaurant 5 km away), whitewater sports on the Allier 10 minutes away.

You enter directly into the living room, which features a dining area with a large table perfect for sharing meals by the wood-burning stove, and a sitting area with TV, vinyl player and records, and a few board games to occupy your evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...) opens onto the adjoining terrace with garden furniture and brazier. A shower room with WC and washing machine are available on the first floor.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed and two with 2 twin 90 beds), a bathroom with a magnificent claw-foot bathtub and a second separate toilet.
