Just 1h from Clermont-Ferrand and 40min from Le Puy-en-Velay, on the edge of the Allier gorges, lies the pretty village of Mazeyrat-d'Allier. Thierry and Isabelle welcome you to this beautiful family home in the peaceful village of Le Monteil. The house, with its typical architecture, is set in 200 m² of lawned and enclosed grounds, and also features a covered terrace and secure motorcycle garage. Inside, the harmonious decor contributes to an extremely pleasant and warm "family home" atmosphere. On-site activities: Hiking, cycling and motorcycle tours. Just 5 minutes away: the small town of Langeac with its many shops, markets, the Allier gorges, Fishing, whitewater, tourist train on the Cévennes line, Roman churches, hilltop villages... A little further afield: the Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette and its park (10 mins), the Mont Mouchet Resistance Museum, the City of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings...

Entrance is via a hallway leading to the living room on one side, and a dining room with wood-burning stove on the other, which opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen.

On the 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom-wc.

A second bathroom (shower-wc) is located in the motorcycle garage.

The owners live in the same hamlet, so it's easy to find them if you're looking for a bike or motorcycle tour.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
