Set on 20,000 m² of land, right in the heart of the Loire Gorges, at an elevation of 1,120 m, on the slope of a volcano, this fully restored former sheepfold, situated at the entrance to a typical Haute-Loire hamlet, offers an exceptional view. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Countryside and hike along numerous marked trails that Pascal will be happy to point out to you! In the huge barn of the converted building, you’ll find the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen. A TV lounge area is set up in the living room (with a Prime subscription); above the kitchen on a mezzanine, you’ll find a reading room with a well-stocked library and plenty of board games.
The four bedrooms, located off the living room, each feature a private bathroom and toilet.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a sports hall, a table tennis table, and a storage area for your bikes or other sports equipment. A carport is also available for parking your vehicle.
Pets are allowed upon prior notification to the owner.
