In the heart of the hamlet of Arzilhac, in the commune of Beaux, this renovated former barn welcomes you to a calm, verdant setting, ideal for a green holiday combining nature and discovery of the local heritage. Easily accessible, the Holiday cottage is around 45 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 1h15 from Lyon, yet offers a truly relaxing setting in the heart of the rolling Sucs countryside. From the Holiday cottage, numerous Hiking trails lead to charming villages, remarkable panoramas and typical local landscapes. Cycling enthusiasts can join the Via Fluvia near Rosières or Saint-Julien-du-Pinet, before exploring the Corboeuf ravines, the Pinard mill or the Glavenas chapel. Nearby Yssingeaux offers a rich architectural heritage, a weekly Market, a Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions and a wide range of leisure activities, including bowling, archery, pétanque and the Neyrial leisure park. A little further afield, Retournac invites you to discover the Manufactures de Dentelle museum, the ruins of the Château d'Artias and the water sports on offer on the banks of the Loire. Nature lovers can also take advantage of the Lavalette leisure center some fifteen kilometers away (swimming, sailing, pedal boats, playground...) or the Meygal massif for Hiking, snowshoeing and Cross-country skiing in winter. Le Puy-en-Velay, famous for its emblematic UNESCO World Heritage monuments, is around 35 minutes away. All shops and services are available in Yssingeaux (approx. 8 km) and Retournac (approx. 7 km).

Close to the owners' house, with independent access and opposites to ensure privacy, this fully renovated former barn offers a warm and comfortable setting for a stay with family or friends. Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via a pleasant, enclosed, private garden equipped with garden furniture and an awning. From here, you'll enter a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV and sofa bed. On the same level is a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, and a shower room with toilet. A mezzanine open onto the living room completes the layout, with two additional beds, one 120cm and the other 90cm. The layout of the Holiday cottage has been designed to offer a convivial, functional and pleasant space to live in every day. Rates are all-inclusive, including utilities, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
