La grange

This large, detached stone house, slightly isolated on the banks of a stream, is a former 19th-century family farmhouse and comprises 2 adjoining gîtes with independent, opposite access and grounds, 2.5 km from a medieval village. Nearby: medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog... ) 2.5 km away, Lac de Malaguet 9 km away, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, sacred music festival...) 18 km away. All shops and services in Allègre (2.5 km).

Housed in the former barn, it has ground-level access to the rear of the building via the covered terrace, which can also be used as a carport. The grounds are not enclosed (1000 m²).

First floor: living room/kitchen (TV), shower room, wc, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90).

Unenclosed grounds (1000 m²), small garage for motorcycles, bicycles and other equipment.

Pets welcome free of charge.

Electric heating extra according to consumption. Wood for fireplace supplied at extra cost: €60/stove.

Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair.
