La Grange du Fougal

Close to the Haut-Lignon plateau and the Vivarais region, not far from the Lac de Lavalette and its many activities, lies St Jeures, a quiet village with most of the local shops. Adjacent to the owners' house, La Grange du Fougal is a starting point for hiking and sightseeing, but above all it's a wonderful place to put down your suitcases. On-site: basic shops and signposted walks. Nearby: Lac de Lavalette, Pic du Lizieux, Gorges du Lignon for fishermen, weekly markets, the UNESCO World Heritage monuments of Le Puy en Velay.

Pushing open this old barn door, nothing hints at the charming gîte that lies behind.
The unique living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with TV and double bed. The spacious bathroom is independent.
Laundry facilities are also available.
A small grassed terrace at the front of the gîte is at your disposal. In addition, a vast wooded plot dotted with stone walls offers relaxing areas in the sun or in the shade of the garden's hundred-year-old trees.

No smoking.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
