La grange de Lina

The village of Araules is 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand and 1h30 from Lyon, in a peaceful, wooded setting. Away from the village, an old farmhouse has just been completely renovated into a spacious and comfortable vacation home called "Les Abreuvoirs". In a complex of buildings comprising 3 independent gîtes that can be grouped together to accommodate up to 30 holidaymakers, "La grange de Lina" is located on the second floor of a house. In renovating this farmhouse and giving it its name, the owners wanted to pay tribute to Lina, the house's last inhabitant. These fully renovated gîtes will surprise you with their quality of comfort and decoration, and everything has been done to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation! It's the ideal place to stay with friends or family, combining space and conviviality. On-site activities: Lazing about, nature-watching, hiking or cycling... Nearby attractions: Discover the Meygal forest and Lac Bleu, or the Mézenc plateau. A little further afield: the village of St Julien Chapteuil, the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, Rates include: utilities, bed linen and towels, cleaning. One pet allowed per stay. Please note that there are several gîtes on site, so there may be several pets.

On the ground floor, you'll find an 88 m² living room featuring a magnificent kitchen and a living room with a beautiful fireplace, as well as 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine bedroom and a shower room.
The outdoor areas of around 4000M² are shared by all three gîtes.

Exterior landscaping is being completed for summer 2022.
