La FRAMBOISINE

1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, in a privileged and beautiful environment, isolated from any nuisance, lies the hamlet of Fougères where Jean has reserved for you a sublime farmhouse entirely renovated with care. The former barn has become a magnificent dwelling, the creation of multiple openings makes it a very luminous place, the equipment is of remarkable quality, and the decoration is meticulous and harmonious. And what can we say about the exteriors, with their sublime views, a beautiful, large swimming pool equipped with two alarm systems for everyone's safety, several terraces with different orientations, a relaxation lounge around a brazier, and other places conducive to rest and idleness. Jean will be delighted to tell you all about his corner of paradise. Everything has been thought of to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation at "La Framboisine", in an extraordinary setting and in perfect comfort! For your convenience: electricity, bed linen, towels and housekeeping included. Reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles, invoiced according to consumption (meter reading).

Boasting large windows offering splendid views over the property and the surrounding "sucs" (remnants of volcanoes), La Framboisine features a charming entrance that leads into a large living area with kitchen, living room and sitting room. (On either side of this room are two sleeping areas: the first comprises a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and the second a double bedroom with direct access to a bathroom, and a cosy mezzanine area offering three additional beds. A laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) and separate wc complete the Holiday cottage.

The Piscine is equipped with two alarm systems, one detecting movement on the poolside and the other detecting presence inside the pool. It is the holidaymaker's responsibility to deactivate the systems when swimming and to reactivate them before leaving the premises. Sunbathing equipment and buoys are provided by the owner.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you will be charged 15 kWh per day (any excess will be paid to the hosts on site).
