Located 5 km from the Lozère and Cantal départements and 17 km from Saugues, home of the Beast of Gévaudan, this old 19th-century farmhouse has been lovingly restored and offers a large enclosed outdoor area planted with trees, games and a bread oven (700 m²). Holiday cottage on the edge of the Forest, guaranteed peace and quiet, wide open spaces! In winter, snowshoes and sledges are available free of charge from the Holiday cottage! Nearby: Mont Mouchet 3 km (national resistance museum and memorial). Statue of the Beast of Gévaudan and Museums 5 km away. Saugues 17 km (outdoor activities: fishing, mountain biking, Hiking, swimming in the ecological lake), Bête du Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais, weekly market, all shops and services, summer festivals), Le Malzieu-City 14 km (medieval Lozère village, shops, banks of the Truyère, via ferrata), Garabit viaduct and water sports on the Lake 25 km away.

90 m2 character house, cosy atmosphere

1st floor (ground-level entrance at rear of building): living room-kitchen (wood-burning stove, stereo, DVD player), relaxing sofa, library, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each with 1 desk, 1 bedroom (3 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds), shower room, 1 shower, 2 basins, 1 separate toilet, mezzanine converted into kids' gaming room (1 bed 90, library, board games).

The main heating system is a wood-burning stove (integrated dish-warmer), with electric convector heaters in each room.

You will be the only tenant of the Holiday cottage.

Services offered by the owners:

- Free wood for the stove

- Household products provided: tablets, garbage bags, etc.
- Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bottle warmer, changing mat, bathtub, booster seat, potty

Services to be booked with the owners:
- Cleaning package: €50
- Additional linen: bed linen 10€ / towels 5€ per person / table linen 3€.
- Electricity: 100 kw supplied/week, any excess charged to tenant.

- ONLY ONE PETS allowed free of charge, subject to conditions.
