Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover the bright, spacious living room, where the living room and fully-equipped kitchen come together to create a convivial, functional space. You'll also find two relaxation areas.

Through a sliding door, you'll reach the sleeping area.
Here you'll find a comfortable first double bedroom, a master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room/WC, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. An additional bathroom with WC is also available in this sleeping area.

On the upper floor, an inviting mezzanine features a lounge/TV area, a pool table and an office.

Outside, on the opposite side of the road, a landscaped courtyard with terrace offers you a private and convivial space to enjoy the great outdoors. Don't forget your petanque balls to enjoy the landscaped grounds.

Please note that although the accommodation is roadside, the outdoor space, including the courtyard and terrace, is on the opposite side of the road, offering a peaceful, unspoilt atmosphere for your stay.
