La ferme de Biel

1 hour from Lyon and 30 minutes from St Etienne, lies the village of St Pal De Mons, in Lichemiaille, a hamlet in the Countryside, where you'll find "La ferme de Biel". On a fully enclosed and secure plot of 1500m² surrounded by a meadow of 1hectare and a half, this old renovated farm will be the ideal place for a peaceful summer vacation with the family or for a "Telework" stay. Winter festivities around the festive season make for unforgettable holidays. Long weekends and spring or autumn vacations are a great way to recharge your batteries in this great place to live. On-site activities: whether on foot, on horseback or by bike, discover the many Hiking trails... Just a few minutes away by car: discover the Loire gorges, the Château de Rochebaron, or the Lavalette dam and its Nautical Base, the Domaine du Meygal. And don't forget Grazac, where you can cross France's largest Himalayan footbridge in the Gorges du Lignon, and take advantage of the Velay Express, a steam train departing from Raucoules, Tence, Le Chambon/Lignon and St Agrève, which will take you on an original tour of the Velay plateau, the Gorges du Lignon and the Pays de St Agrève, at the slow pace of the trains of yesteryear. And a little further afield, you'll enjoy discovering the magnificent City of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings.

This renovated farmhouse is arranged over three levels:
- The first floor features a living room and kitchen organized around a fireplace. A bathroom with WC completes this level.
- The second floor has three bedrooms: two doubles and one fully equipped for babies: cot, changing table, playpen, etc. Young parents will find all the equipment they need for young children in this Holiday cottage.
- Finally, the top floor features a TV lounge and a last bedroom with a 90cm bed and a desk for teleworking.

Good internet connection on site thanks to Fiber. Netflix and Prime Video available.
