La Cure

This large, detached house offers a breathtaking view of St-Ilpize castle on its rocky promontory. You'll be enchanted by the beauty of the Allier Gorges (the river flows 200 m below) and the Mediterranean architecture of the small perched villages. Outside the gîte, you'll enjoy the unenclosed courtyard and its lime tree. The entrance is on the courtyard side via a few steps (direct access to the 1st floor), while the first floor includes a clubroom (arts and crafts) occupied 1 half-day per week. Nearby: unsupervised swimming 200 m away, tennis 1.5 km away, Lavoûte-Chilhac 9 km away (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier), Chilhac 14 km away (medieval village, paleontology museum, basalt organs), Brioude 14 km away (basilica, lace hotel, old town, salmon house, all shops and services).

The 1st floor comprises a large living room with sitting area (TV) and kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

On the upper floor, a large mezzanine has been fitted out with 4 90cm beds, and there are 2 closed bedrooms with 1 140cm bed each, and an independent shower room with toilet.

Electric heating extra according to consumption.

Baby equipment: wooden high chair.

Cleaning service available: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be requested on arrival).

Gîte can only be rented for a strict capacity of 6 people maximum. For a higher capacity, please refer to reference H43G006278 (10 people).
