Ideal for a peaceful getaway—whether as a couple, with family, or among friends—this holiday cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the unspoiled landscapes and treasures of the Pays des Sucs and the Haute-Loire. The owner sometimes stays on the ground floor of the house. The outdoor areas are currently being finished.

The holiday cottage is located on the upper floor of an old country farmhouse, accessible via a few steps leading up to the former barn entrance.

You enter the space into a spacious main room divided into different areas: a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, and a sitting area (with a sofa bed available), all arranged around a magnificent wood-burning stove.
You’ll have a large bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a desk area, a walk-in closet, and a dry toilet.
Finally, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double-sink vanity, along with a separate standard toilet, complete this space.

Rates include bed linens, household linens, bath towels, utilities, and end-of-stay cleaning.

You can bring your horse and reserve a paddock at the neighbors’ place, “Les Crains du Meygal,” which operates a horse boarding facility.

This eco-holiday cottage is located just 4 km from the “Via Fluvia” greenway between Lavoute-sur-Loire and Lavoulte-sur-Rhône, and you can safely store your bikes overnight and charge them if needed.
