Living space on the 1st floor, with laundry room and garage on the first floor. 1st floor: kitchen, dining room with balcony, living room (TV), 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed each), shower room, wc. Services included: - Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub, bottle warmer. Services to be purchased from the owners: - Oil-fired central heating at extra cost (fixed price: 45€)7 Towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are not provided and are not available for rental. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. A deposit of 120€ will be required, as well as another 50€ if you are bringing a pet.
