1 hour from Le Puy en Velay and 45 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, just off the A75 motorway, lies the gîte de La Buandière in the heart of a charming village with all amenities. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, mini-market). This charming semi-detached house has its own fully enclosed private courtyard. Ideally located for a family get-together or a get-together with friends, discover the Auvergne volcanoes. Nearby: Brioude (Hôtel de la Dentelle, Maison du Saumon, Maison de Mandrin, basilica, numerous exhibitions...), the Allier valley, numerous hiking trails. A little further afield: Blesle, classified as "France's most beautiful village", 14 km away, La Chaise Dieu 50 minutes away, Vulcania 1 hour away.... All shops and services in Brioude (16km).

Semi-detached house with atypical architecture and private, shaded courtyard. Step through the front door and you'll discover a carefully decorated cottage combining wood and metal for a cosy ambience. Ground floor: sitting area with TV and Kids' games, sofa bed for extra bed, fully-equipped kitchen raised a few steps. Upstairs, next to the sitting area, bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.
Crossing the kitchen, in the right-hand wing of the house, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and a mezzanine bed with 2 single beds (90cm), with its own private shower room and WC. For your convenience, the owner provides bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels free of charge.

A cleaning service is available for an additional €60. Parking is available 100 m from the Holiday cottage, in a private parking lot provided by the owner. There are several "false levels" in the Holiday cottage, e.g. two steps between the living room and the kitchen.
