La Brequeuille

Situated in the heart of a quiet village, this traditional village house has been pleasantly restored and features a small, enclosed 44 m² grassed courtyard to the rear of the building. Just a few kilometers from a major road and the Allier gorges, in the immediate vicinity of the birthplace of the famous Marquis de La Fayette, set off to discover a wilderness and a rich heritage. Nearby: Chavaniac-Lafayette 3 km (castle, botanical garden), Langeac 12 km (Allier gorges, Jacquemart museum, river swimming, all shops and services).

On the first floor, the gîte comprises a living room (TV) with kitchenette (wood-burning stove, free wood), a separate sitting room (TV, DVD player) with direct access to the private courtyard, and a shower room with enclosed toilet.

Bedrooms are on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 (TV), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90.

A small bathroom with toilet completes the layout.

- Electric heating supplement from 01/10 to 01/05: €60/week.

- Bed linen 1 place : 10 € and 2 places 15 €.

A €100 cleaning deposit is required on arrival.
