La Bayardière

In the annex of a beautiful fortified house, in a quiet, flower-filled village on the Camino de Compostela, La Bayardière welcomes you to a walled property (5,000 sq. m.) which also houses another gîte (ref: H43G006215). 11 m² terrace with panoramic view over the Ance valley. Nearby: Retournac 4 km away (Musée des Manufactures des Dentelles, Romanesque church, swimming pool, fishing, banks of the Loire, Château d'Artias...).

Ground floor: 1 suite (1 x 160cm bed, TV in sitting area) opening onto a small paved terrace, 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), bathroom, wc. 1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and TV.
Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.
Private carport, swings.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a proper state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (8Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid on site to the owners.

A deposit of 700€ in cheque must be handed to the owners on arrival.
Animal deposit: 100€.

Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted as a variant of the Saint-Jacques de Compostelle trail passes in front of the house.
