La Bayardière

This small detached house is a lovingly restored former pigeon house in a quiet, flower-filled village. Located in a property that includes the owners' house and another gîte for 4 people (ref: H43G006227), it opens onto a 15 m² terrace and a large shared enclosed plot (5000 m²) with swings where everyone can find their privacy. A real little jewel of happiness and comfort. Nearby: Retournac 7 km away (Musée des Manufactures des Dentelles, Roman church, swimming pool, fishing, banks of the Loire).

Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV, Internet access), shower room, wc. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed).
Private covered parking, swings.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (8Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.

A deposit of 700€ in cheque must be given to the owners on arrival.
Animal deposit: 100€.

Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted as a variant of the St Jacques de Compostelle trail passes in front of the house (circuits provided on request).
