Just 2 hours from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in the southern Auvergne region, Vanessa and Christophe have magnificently renovated their grandfather Lucien's farmhouse in the village of Cussac-sur-Loire, turning it into a welcoming and refined vacation home. This traditional farmhouse built of local volcanic stone has been transformed into a haven of peace. A skilful blend of period features and modern materials, the layout of the house is designed to make everyone feel at ease: the living spaces are spacious, the decoration is meticulous and the layout is comfortable. Outside, everything has been thought of for your comfort: a fully enclosed and beautifully landscaped garden, a secure swimming pool (opening summer 2023), a wellness area with a whirlpool bath for 5 people and a herbal tea room, as well as a large covered terrace under which you can enjoy summer evenings around a plancha even on stormy evenings!

This fully enclosed 300m² property boasts an 80m² covered terrace, a magnificent landscaped garden with flowers, a swimming pool (available in May 2023) and a relaxation area with SPA.
Inside, the house's ground floor comprises a vast living room with open-plan kitchen, and a bright sitting area with table soccer.
The sleeping areas are on the upper floors. Second floor: 3 bedrooms (king-size beds) with private shower room and WC. Top floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with king-size bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, and a shower room with 2 showers and WC.

Sleeping arrangements can be adapted to suit your needs: from 8 to 15 beds (double or single beds, for example).

For weekend rentals, departure can be at the end of the day.
