The house offers all the comforts you need for a stay with family or friends. You'll appreciate its convivial living spaces, ideal for sharing after a day of discovery. Fans of nature and outdoor activities will particularly appreciate the immediate proximity of the Loire River. Just a few steps from the Holiday cottage, the river offers an ideal playground for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding and riverside strolls. A privileged setting for enjoying the sunny days to the full. From the Holiday cottage, there's plenty to see and do: discover Le Puy-en-Velay and its exceptional heritage, go hiking or biking, take part in outdoor activities or explore the volcanic landscapes of the Haute-Loire. Lovers of the great outdoors can also discover the Cascade de la Beaume, Lake du Bouchet, the wild gorges of the Loire and the many Hiking trails that criss-cross the region, making it the ideal place to combine relaxation, nature, outdoor activities and the discovery of the Altiligérien heritage.

As soon as you arrive, the tone is set. A tree-lined driveway leads to the property, advertizing the charm of the setting. At the end of the path, the old farmhouse gradually comes into view, nestled in a green setting. Its stone buildings and traditional architecture bear witness to the authentic character of the site, while its tranquil surroundings immediately invite you to relax. Pass through the archway and enter a pleasant inner courtyard with covered terrace and closed storage area for bicycles, fishing gear or leisure equipment. The house opens onto a pleasant living room with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. This level also features a laundry area with washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm double bed, the second with a 140 cm double bed and the third with two 90 cm single beds. An extra bedroom with two bunk beds is also available. Not included in the Holiday cottage's capacity, it is a welcome addition for families wishing to offer individual sleeping accommodation for their Kids. The first floor also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit with storage space and WC. Towels, electricity and heating are included in the price. Sheets can be rented on request (€8 for a double bed and €6 for a single bed), and end-of-stay cleaning is optional at a cost of €70. The Holiday cottage has wired Internet access (Ethernet cable). This provides a stable connection for Telework or everyday digital use. However, the accommodation is not equipped with Wi-Fi.
