The Holiday cottage La Grande Prairie welcomes up to 4 people in an exceptional, unspoilt natural environment. The setting is ideal for relaxing, Hiking and immersing yourself in nature. A rare feature of the Holiday cottage is that it can also accommodate horses, perfect for those who enjoy horse-riding or staying with their companions. An authentic, warm and rejuvenating stay, close to nature. Activities in the vicinity of the Holiday cottage: Numerous hiking trails, Lake St Front, visits to the thatched cottages of Bigorre and Moudeyre, Les Estables resorts: Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, summer sledging etc... The Holiday cottage's added bonus is the possibility of renting donkeys for a day or more during your stay, for which we have set up a partnership with Chick'anes. The house is surrounded by a large plot of land where you can park your vehicle. (the land is surrounded by a wall but is not entirely enclosed).
The ground floor comprises a living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen opening onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the Countryside, the room has a wood-burning stove. A bathroom with toilet completes this level.
On the second floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140cm) and direct access to the outside, the second with 2 single beds (90cm), and a reading area.

Rates include bathroom linen, bed linen, cleaning, wood for the stove and utilities.
Electric heating: consumption included within reason 15kwh/Day.

Horse board: €12 per day

Dogs and cats accepted free of charge, with a limit of one per stay.

Equine home :
An electrically fenced meadow adjoining the house. Tie-up bar and secure tack room, hay available.
From the terrace you'll have a view of your horses.
