Gîte du Roure

In a hamlet nestled between the Mezenc and Meygal massifs lies the Gîte du Roure, a small traditional house built on a vast flat plot of land enclosed by an electric gate (parking). Its sunny terrace, scented with lavender, and children's play area make it a very pleasant, simple vacation home. Numerous shops and services in Lantriac (3 km). Nearby activities: troglodytic caves at Couteaux, ice rink (year-round), family golf course (3 km), thatched villages at Moudeyres and Bigorre (18 km), nature resort of Les Estables (23 km), Le Puy en Velay with its museums, upper town and UNESCO World Heritage monuments (9 km).

The living room features a dining area and TV area with open fireplace, and opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen, two large, bright bedrooms (140cm bed, 2 90cm beds and a crib), a small bathroom and a separate toilet.

Central heating is included in the price. Wood for the fireplace is not supplied.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table, stroller, baby carriage.

A cleaning package is available at €50. If you do not take up this option, a €50 deposit will be required.
