Gîte du Ponteil

Adjoining the owners' house, the Gîte du Ponteil is an old agricultural outbuilding built of local stone, with pleasantly flower-filled outdoor spaces in the heart of a rural village. Nearby: Etang du Péché 3 km away and a play area in the trees (for children aged 3 and over) 1.5 km away, the medieval villages of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (6 km) and St-André-de-Chalencon (14 km), Chalencon castle 5 km away. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges (2 km).

The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with washbasin and a sunken lounge (TV, pellet stove) with a large bay window opening onto an enclosed terrace (18 m²).

Directly accessible from outside, a bedroom (1 bed 140) is also located on the first floor and has a private bathroom with toilet.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 140 and 1 with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, both with en-suite shower rooms and wc.

Wood-fired central heating and electricity included in the price. Pellets for stove: €4 per bag.
