The gîte comprises 3 floors, 2 of which are accessible from the outside.
On the basement level, the entrance to the gîte opens onto a living room leading to 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, and a shower room. There is also a large garage on this level.
On the first level (accessible from outside) is a huge living room opening onto the garden. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (Thermomix, etc.) opening onto the living room and lounge. Still on the same landing, you'll find a shower room with WC, a bedroom with an 80cm bed and a second 90cm healthcare bed. A master suite with en-suite shower room completes this level.
On the third floor, on the mezzanine, you'll find a vast play area for children with a library corner, and the last two bedrooms: both equipped with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. A WC completes this level.

Leisure activities within walking distance (see photos) include go-karting, the Portes d'Auvergne Water Park and Pumptrack. Just a few minutes away by bike or car, the Canopy en Forest climbing park and its 10 courses or the Château de la Rochelambert offer a variety of sports and sightseeing activities.
