Daniel and Marie-Andrée open the doors of Gîte de Bellevue, just 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon, 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand and 30 minutes from Annonay. Situated in a hamlet on the heights of Saint-Julien-Molhesabate, this former farmhouse has just been completely renovated in a style that combines authentic charm with modern comfort. Sleeping 6 to 7 people, this Holiday cottage is particularly attractive for its exceptional 360° view over the surrounding Countryside. Here, the view is far-reaching: meadows, forests and hills follow one another in an atmosphere of absolute calm, conducive to disconnection. On site: you'll enjoy the wide-open spaces where young and old can relax or play. From the Holiday cottage you can go for walks simply for pleasure, or to pick mushrooms (abundant in the region). Nearby, don't miss Mont Felletin, which rises to almost 1,388 m, and from its summit offers a spectacular panorama, with clear views as far as the Alps on a clear day. (The Felletin site is also known for a rare and fascinating phenomenon: the rising of the "3 suns". A little further afield: discover the village of Saint Bonnet le Froid, a land of gastronomy made famous by the presence of Régis Marcon's starred Restaurant and its mushroom fair, or the village of Dunières and its velo-rail. The house sits on a large, unfenced plot with plenty of space for parking several vehicles. At the front of the house, you'll find a terrace opening onto the living room. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with an open-plan kitchen and sitting area, and a toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the second with a 160cm bed and the third with 3 90cm beds, one of which is raised). A shower room and separate WC complete this level.
