Its location on the outskirts of Le Puy-en-Velay, on a hillside once covered in vines, makes it a real asset, with views of the main monuments to visit: the statue of the Virgin of Le Puy-en-Velay, the rock of Saint Michel d'Aiguilhe and the statue of Saint Joseph in Espaly-St-Marcel. Nearby: Le Puy-en-Velay and its UNESCO World Heritage monuments, festivals, weekly Market and Museums. The Château de Polignac, the 1st stage of the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route, the ViaFluvia greenway. All shops and services. Just a few kilometers away: The wild Loire Gorges, the Meygal volcanoes, Lake du Bouchet. No arrivals possible between noon and 5pm.

This detached house next to the owners' has secure parking with a remote-controlled gate in a very quiet neighborhood.
On the first floor of the house, you'll find a fully renovated apartment with spacious rooms. A corridor leads to an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, three double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
The owners offer you the possibility of sheltering your motorcycles or bicycles in one of their sheds.
