Gîte du Breuil

Carefully restored by its owners, this detached 19th-century farmhouse is located on the edge of a village in the Loire gorges. You'll enjoy a large enclosed courtyard (200 m²) with a south-facing terrace (25 m²), as well as a large covered area (50 m²), ideal for relaxing in bad weather or hot weather. Nearby: gorges de la Loire and vintage mechanical engineering festival in July on site, Centre Aqua-passion in Lavoûte-sur-Loire (4.5 km), St-Paulien 13 km away (aqualudic center, St-Georges church, Château de la Rochelambert...), Le Puy-en-Velay and its listed heritage 17 km away (cathedral, Notre Dame de France statue, St-Michel rock...).

Entrance to the gîte is on the first floor via a large living room/kitchen (TV), separate toilet, laundry/boiler room.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 are spacious and nicely decorated, bathroom, separate wc.

For your convenience, electricity and heating charges are included in the price.

For short stays during the cold season, an extra charge will be made for heating.

Cleaning deposit: €50.

Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, changing mat, WC reducer.
