This large 440 m2 building has been restored with an eye to respecting the environment, working short distances and giving objects a second life. The atmosphere is simple, friendly and comfortable. You'll remember this house's most seductive asset: The second floor of over 200 m2 is dedicated to entertainment: - a gaming room with darts & babfyoot area & a table to play board games - A large 90m2 room with HIFI bluetooth system: billiards & ping-pong. Banquettes & club armchairs - a yoga / cocooning lounge - Kids room" for young children, - a library lounge A beautiful 12m petanque court (June 2025) in the center of the park, with shade in the afternoon for playing even on hot days. Badminton net with rackets available Fiber broadband - WIFI 7 throughout Holiday cottage . Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Canal+ included. Around 50 modern board games are available in the dining room. Other strong points: immediate proximity to the village of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (with all its shops, services and activities) and the strong tourist dynamic of the Haut-Lignon plateau.

Weekend: Friday 5 pm to Sunday 6 pm

Rentals possible for school vacations outside summer
Monday - Friday or 2 nights minimum.
Saturday - Saturday rentals in July and August only
On the 1st floor, the house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with TV, 8 bedrooms, a living room with TV, 2 shared WCs. 2 shared 90x140 Nordic-style Italian showers, each with its own private changing room.
The Holiday cottage parking lot can accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 vehicles.
Part of the park has been left natural to preserve flora and fauna: Biodiversity. The flat area for lunch and play is well maintained.
The Holiday cottage is an LPO refuge.
The owner lives 1 hour away, so it's important to agree arrival & departure times with him by e-mail. The owner's contact details will be sent to you after payment of your booking.
The ground floor of the house is not open to the public.

Maison confortable, très bien située à proximité de tous les commerces accessibles à pieds.
Gîte très calme, beau grand jardin fleuri.
Nombreuses randonnées au départ du gîte ou à quelques kilomètres.

veronique Gite très spacieux et bien équipé
J'ai réservé le gîte des Vellavi pour héberger mes amis en complément de notre maison, sur un week end fin novembre. Nous n'avons donc utilisé que les chambres, qui sont toutes très confortables et spacieuses. Emmanuel est un hôte très attentionné. Merci.

Zibouline42 Gite spacieux et bien équipé
Nous avons séjourné 3 jours à 15 personnes dans le gite des Vallavi pour le we du 11 novembre. et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
Ce gite a de nombreux recoins qui permettent de l'intimité par petits groupes. Il a aussi une grande pièce pour tous se retrouver pour danser, jouer au billard,... La sono n'est pas très puissante, ce qui assure le calme des chambres en dessous. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, proche de la salle à manger.
La consommation de chauffage était en dessous de ce qui était prévu, en respectant les consignes de garder les postes des chambres fermées, car le gite est bien isolé.
Je recommande l'option ménage + draps car les lits 2 places sont King size (nécessité de draps adaptés) et le gite faisant 450m², il est très long à nettoyer...
Seul point de vigilance, la partie à l'étage se fait par un escalier un assez raide, à éviter si vous avez besoin d'accès PMR. Nous avons du revoir la liste de nos invités à cause de ce point.- Cleanliness
