First floor: living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, wc.
Mezzanine converted into sleeping area (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 child's bed).

Gas central heating extra according to consumption (4.50 €/m3). Wood supplied at extra cost: 45€/stère.
