In the heart of a hamlet not far from Arlempdes, France's most beautiful village, this old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2020 to offer you a magnificent stay in the Haute Loire in modern, spacious accommodation. Ideally located, this gîte will enable you to visit a large number of tourist sites such as the Lac du Bouchet and the Allier Gorges, the medieval Château d'Arlempdes, the Loire Gorges, the sports resort of Les Estables at the foot of the Mézenc and the UNESCO-listed monuments of Le Puy-en-Velay. This gîte is ideal for a get-together with family or friends. All shops and services in Costaros, 5kms.

The spacious living area features a large fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge (2 convertible sofas are available). A bathroom and separate toilet, plus a laundry room (with washing machine and storage space) complete the first floor.
The sleeping area is on a half-level and offers 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, WCs and storage cupboards.
Upstairs, a low-ceilinged double bedroom with sloping ceilings is ideal for children.
There's also a closed garage and an unfenced plot (3000m2), with private parking and a swing.
A very pleasant terrace will welcome your sunny breakfasts or late aperitifs.
A spa is available in a separate room.
At your disposal: baby equipment (bed, high chair, bathtub), parasol, barbecue, pétanque court.
Amenities: bed linen provided, utilities (heating and electricity).

Chantal Gîte très bien équipé et très bien agencé tout le confort ,coin nuit 3 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain les WC à part. 1 coin nuit pour enfants. Le jacuzzi très agréable.et surtout 1 espace extérieur avec table ,barbecue, jeux pour enfant, terrain pétanque 1 pré..

Catherine Excellent séjour dans ce beau gite
Éric, le propriétaire, est super sympa, très disponible et accueillant. Nous avons discuté avec lui de son métier d'agriculteur et lui avons acheté des lentilles. Ses deux chiens sont adorables
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et propre. Très bonne literie et spa très agréable après une journée de rando.
Il est rare de trouver des gîtes de cette qualité. Merci encore Éric.

guy Super séjour entre copains motards
Gite très spacieux moderne très bien équipé et très propre au calme en campagne le long du chemin de Stevenson. Propriétaire très réactif. Jacuzzi juste au top et toujours chaud .Idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou famille avec ses 4 salles de bain ..
Grand terrain pour se garer.
