Gîte de Vialette

Located in a small farming village, in the heart of a property including the owners' house, on a shared enclosed plot (1000 m²), the Gîte de Vialette is spacious and comfortably furnished. For your family or group stays, we offer 5 large bedrooms with private bathrooms, organized around a large living room. Nearby: Saint-Paulien 5.5 km away (church, aqualudic center, Château de la Rochelambert, all shops and services).

Slightly elevated, the first floor is accessed by a few steps.

The entrance hall leads to a 2-person bedroom with full en suite facilities for the disabled.

At the end of the corridor is a large living room/kitchen (stove, free wood, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 bunk beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), both with private shower room and separate toilet, and direct access to a large terrace running along the south side of the building.

1st floor: bright living room with TV on mezzanine overlooking living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 140) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), each with private shower room and separate toilet.

Parking on the property, horse-riding facilities, horse stalls. Depending on the weather, the owner's swimming pool (10m x 5m, secured by solar shutter and alarm) is available in summer.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
