This detached house is the former village school and has an enclosed courtyard (55 m²) and garage, in the center of a small rural village. Nearby: Chalencon (medieval village, castle, Devil's Bridge), Bourianne lava flow, Arzon gorges, aquatic center, all shops and services in Vorey (8 km). An inn is scheduled to open in the village in 2019.

Simple and functional, the gîte comprises a ground-floor living area with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area by the closed hearth fireplace (free wood) and a sitting area with TV.

On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. High chair.

The 2nd floor comprises a bedroom with 1 bed 140, a bedroom with 2 beds 90, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Electricity and electric heating included in the price. Tea towels provided.
