Close to the Loire gorges, this small gîte adjoining the owners' house is located on the Devès plateau, in the heart of a small rural village, on the edge of the Costaros - Le Puy greenway and on the GR700 (Régordane). It has its own independent entrance and enclosed grounds (200 m²). Nearby: Beaume waterfall 5 km, Lac du Bouchet 10 km, village of Goudet 7 km, small shops in Le Brignon 3 km, all shops, services and Monday-morning market in Costaros 3 km.

Featuring a pellet stove (1st flambé free of charge), the ground-floor living room features a dining area and sitting area, and is warm and pleasantly designed. It is extended by a small independent kitchen giving access to the shower room with toilet.
The mezzanine bedroom above the living room has 1 double bed (140cm) and a foldaway single bed (90cm).
Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
Oil-fired central heating and electricity extra according to consumption.

Un accueil chaleureux, un gîte très bien pour nous deux et notre petite chienne. Le gîte est ans un endroit très calme, au milieu de la verdure.
Les hôtes sont charmants tous les deux et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte dans lequel nous reviendrons très certainement, n'ayant pas eu le temps de visiter la belle région.- Cleanliness

Anne Séjour reposant et rafraîchissant dns une région magnifique
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à deux dans ce gîte dont la fraîcheur est appréciable en ces temps de forte chaleur. Belles balades car la région s'y prête très bien, bonnes nuits car le gite est très calme, bref séjour bien reposant !
