Gîte de Mima

Situated 1h30 from Clermont-Ferrand and Lyon and 45 min from Saint Étienne, close to Le Puy-en-Velay and within easy reach of major roads, lies the village of St Germain Laprade. In the hamlet of Boussillon, Mireille welcomes you to her carefully renovated gîte. It's the ideal place for a family vacation or a business trip. Discover the many hiking trails that criss-cross the Haute-Loire countryside. Just a few minutes away: the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, Saint Julien Chapteuil with its Romanesque church and the remains of its ancient castle, Lantriac with its family golf course, Le Monastier sur Gazeille and its museums, etc... Nearby: discover the Meygal and Mézenc massifs and the Loire and Allier gorges. Small shops and services 2km away.

Enter the gîte on the first floor, and you'll find yourself in the living room, with its comfortable lounge, convivial dining table and functional, fully-equipped kitchen. You'll be able to sit by the fire and share warm, cosy moments. On the same level, you'll also find a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a toilet. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms, one with a 90cm bed and the other two with 140cm beds. A toilet with washbasin completes this floor.
The dwelling is adjoined by a private area (former cowshed) used by the owner for storage, so no disturbance is caused.

All-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid on site to the owner.
