Welcome to Holiday cottage de L'Hyvert, located about 2 hours from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 3 hours from Montpellier, at an elevation of 1,100 meters, in a pristine natural setting—ideal for a vacation with family or friends. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people; it is located near a farm and surrounded by meadows. You’ll enjoy its 1,200 m² enclosed property, which is pleasant and flower-filled, perfect for relaxation, outdoor games, and al fresco dining. Inside, the spacious living areas provide a comfortable place to gather while enjoying generous, light-filled spaces. A warm and welcoming place, perfect for recharging your batteries in peace while exploring the landscapes of the Landos Plateau and the treasures of the Haute-Loire. From the holiday cottage, you can easily explore the Haute-Loire, Haute Ardèche, and Lozère regions. On sunny days, you can cool off in the many nearby lakes: Lac du Bouchet, Issarlès, Coucouron, or Naussac—plenty of options for a variety of swimming spots. The holiday cottage is located on the Stevenson Trail and other hiking trails, sure to delight outdoor enthusiasts.

On the ground floor, an entryway leads to a bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a spacious living room with an open kitchen that opens onto a sunroom, a separate half-bath, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, a mezzanine features a sofa bed providing an extra bed. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms: two bedrooms each equipped with two 80 cm beds and two bedrooms each equipped with a 160 cm bed. A shower room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet complete this level.

Sleeping arrangements: 5 bedrooms and 1 extra bed, for a total capacity of 12 people.

The holiday cottage is situated on a fully enclosed 1,200 m² lot with a terrace and various relaxation areas. You will also have access to a locked garage for safely storing bicycles, motorcycles, or recreational equipment. Parking is available for two vehicles on the property.

Rates include bed linens, towels, utilities, and end-of-stay cleaning.

A maximum of two pets are allowed per stay; they are strictly prohibited from entering the guest rooms.
