Come and relax in this old stone house, fully renovated to combine authentic charm and modern comfort. Situated on a large plot of landscaped grounds with various outdoor areas ideal for relaxing and getting together, this spacious Holiday cottage is ideal for families or friends up to 14 people. You'll enjoy a large, convivial living room on the first floor, perfect for sharing meals and warm moments, as well as a bedroom and shower room on the same level for added comfort. After a day in the fresh air, relax in the indoor Spa, a genuine wellbeing area open all year round (optional). As for discovering the region, there's plenty to do: Hiking on the Livradois-Forez trails, cycling, discovering villages with character, local markets and rural heritage. You can also take advantage of the wide open spaces, forests and volcanic panoramas that make the Haute-Loire so charming. Lovers of outdoor activities will also find plenty to recharge their batteries, with fishing, mountain biking and family walks in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, and young and old alike will appreciate the presence of farm animals, which contribute fully to the natural and authentic atmosphere of the stay.

The first floor is organized around attractive, convivial and functional living spaces: a large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, ideal for group meals. Off the kitchen is a large TV lounge with reading area and billiards table. From the lounge you can access the Wellbeing area with indoor Spa and sports equipment. Finally, a double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet complete this level.

On the second floor of the house is the sleeping area, with 4 double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom, a lounge area, two beautiful bathrooms, a shower room and 3 independent WCs. Outside, you'll find large, secure areas for young and old to enjoy in complete safety. Private parking for several vehicles, one space has an electric recharging point (invoiced according to consumption).
