Gîte de la Roche Folle

Just 2 hours from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in a hamlet near the village of Freycenet-la-Tour, you'll find the Holiday cottage de la Roche Folle. You'll be staying in an old house that has just been completely renovated with taste and great care given to the comfort of future travelers. The living spaces are spacious, bright and very well laid out. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace with direct access to the river La Gazeille, which borders the property. On site: Hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming, etc. A little further afield: outdoor activities: summer sledging, zip lines, electric scooters; cultural activities: Musée de l'école, Musée des croyances populaires, visit to the Perrel brothers' farm. A little further afield: explore the whole of the Haute-Loire region by exploring the City of Le Puy-en-Velay, the Allier gorges or the sources of the Loire.

The house is set back from a main road, and the unenclosed plot offers parking for two vehicles. A 5-step staircase leads up to the living area. You enter the house via a hall opening onto the living area, which comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room and a sitting area organized around a wood-burning stove.
