The house's first floor comprises a vast living room (kitchen-living room-lounge) and a separate bathroom.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed 160x190 and the second with 1 single bed 90x190 and 1 double bed 140x190, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area.

The owners live in a house next to the Holiday cottage (detached house).
The large, flower-filled outdoor spaces are ideal for play (swing, slide, cabin) or relaxation (relax, garden furniture), and you'll enjoy a magnificent panorama.

Services included: heating, bed linen, towels, household linen, baby equipment on request, WIFI internet currently unavailable.

Horses and donkeys welcome in the meadow: €5/day/animal.
Private parking.

A deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
