Gîte de la Planchette

Approximately 1h30 from Lyon and 2h00 from Clermont-Ferrand, come and stay at the Gîte de la Planchette. Located in the heart of the village of Blavozy, in a quiet street close to essential shops, this house has just been completely renovated to make it a comfortable and pleasant place to spend your vacations. Annie and Patrice, the owners, have made sure that your comfort is optimal: light-filled living spaces, quality equipment and meticulous decoration. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasantly shaded terrace, a covered area to shelter your car, and a closed room where you can safely store your sports equipment. On the spot: shops and services (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, medical center, library, etc.), numerous possibilities for walks starting from the holiday cottage, square with children's playground, etc. Just a few minutes away: Discover the majestic City of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, the Corboeuf ravines and the Polignac fortress. A little further afield: the central location of the village of Blavozy gives you easy access to the whole of the Haute-Loire region, so you can take advantage of your stay to discover the high plateaux of the Mezenc, the valley of the young Loire and the Allier. The house is set in a partly enclosed courtyard with parking facilities, and is accessed via a pleasantly shaded paved terrace. The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV lounge area, pellet stove and library, a laundry room and a toilet. The first floor comprises three double bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with twin beds), a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.

The second floor comprises 3 double bedrooms (2 with 140cm beds and the third with 2 90cm/200cm beds), a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC. The terrace has a 6-person garden table. Covered carport for one car, other free parking facilities opposite the Holiday cottage. Storage room for motorcycles, electric bikes or other sports equipment.
