Gîte de la Camarette

The village of Arlempdes lies in the south of the Auvergne, atop a volcanic peak between the Haute-Loire and Ardèche regions. Surrounded by the Loire River, this picturesque village is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. 2 kilometers away, in Freycenet d'Arlempdes, Frédéric and Sandrine welcome you to an old farmhouse, entirely renovated to preserve the family heritage. The decor is a clever blend of antique elements and modern materials. You'll also enjoy vast, pleasantly landscaped outdoor spaces. Whether you're with family or friends, this is the ideal place to spend your vacations. Local attractions: numerous hiking and biking trails... The entrance to the gîte opens onto the living room, comprising a kitchen, dining room and lounge. A laundry room with WC completes this floor.

On the second floor, a corridor leads to two bedrooms, both with double beds. There's also a shower room and WC.

Access to the top floor, located under the slopes, is via a small staircase that leads to the 3rd bedroom, with a double bed and 2 single beds, as well as games for children (table soccer).

The dwelling adjoins an unrenovated barn.

Underfloor heating on the first floor and electric radiators on the upper floors.
Baby equipment: high chair, bed, toilet reducer, bottle warmer, bathtub.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption (16 Kwh/day) - any excess to be paid on site to the owners.
