Gîte de Julio

This gîte, attached to the owner's house with its typical local stone and slate architecture, is ideally located on the outskirts of the village of St Julien Chapteuil. Nestled in the heart of ancient volcanoes, the sucs du Meygal, this village offers shops, services and outdoor activities. On site: signposted walks, astronomical observatory, shops and services, weekly markets. In summer, swimming pool and numerous activities. Nearby: Le Puy en Velay (16 km), Massif du Meygal, Massif du Mézenc and its natural and heritage sites, Plateau du Haut-Lignon, a World War II resistance site.

The gîte is on one level, with 3 access steps. The living area comprises a small, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge (TV, fireplace). A corridor leads to two small bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 2 single bunk beds), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a storage cupboard with washing machine.

Unenclosed private grounds.

Services: heating included, cot, bed linen and high chair provided free of charge.

Additional services:
- Cleaning package: €40, a deposit of the same amount will be required if you do not take the option.
- Bed linen: 1 place at 8 € and 2 places at 10 €.
- Bathroom linen: €5 per person

A deposit of 250 € will be required on arrival.
