Gîte de Genebret

1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, in a peaceful hamlet in the village of Bessamorel, lies the Holiday cottage of Genebret. Laurent and Martine open the doors of this authentic, fully renovated farmhouse for a stay combining charm, comfort and tranquility. The house is ideal for families and friends, and can accommodate up to 12 people with its 5 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The warm living spaces invite you to get together, while outside you can enjoy the vast grounds planted with trees and flowers, a true haven of peace. In fine weather, the heated swimming pool promises moments of relaxation and pleasure for young and old alike. Located close to numerous activities, the Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the riches of the region: Hiking and mountain biking in the heart of sumptuous volcanic landscapes, discovering the local gastronomy, characterful villages or outdoor activities. A perfect combination of relaxation, discovery and leisure activities for a successful vacation in the Haute-Loire. Pets allowed up to a maximum of 2 per stay (€20 per pet per stay). The Piscine is reserved for gîte occupants only, and is open from May to September, weather permitting.

Enclosed 2850 m² grounds including parking, terrace, heated swimming pool, green spaces planted with trees and flowers, and a closed storage area for sports equipment. Ground floor: large living room, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds each), 1 double bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 family room with 1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds on a mezzanine floor (less than 1.80m high), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet.
