Gîte de Couteaux

Detached stone house with a small plot of land (150 m²), set in green surroundings on the edge of a hamlet, close to the Massif du Mézenc. Nearby: Les Estables 16 km (ski resort, paragliding, snow and outdoor activities, Mont Mézenc...), Bigorre village 8 km (thatched cottages), Saint-Front lake 4.5 km.

First floor: large living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and sitting area with wood-burning stove, toilet.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room, separate wc.

Services provided by the owners:
- Electric heating (8kwh/day - excess to be paid to the owners) and wood for the stove are provided.

Additional services:
- Cleaning package at 60€, an equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option.
- Sheets at 10€.

For the winter period, we strongly advise you to equip your vehicle with suitable tires and to schedule your arrival at 4 p.m. imperatively because of the risk of heavy snow.
