Gîte de Chapteuil

1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont, in the heart of the Countryside, on the edge of the Meygal, in a preserved environment, lies the magnificent village of St Julien Chapteuil. It's at the foot of the Suc de Chapteuil, an enormous organ rock materializing an ancient volcanic chimney, that you'll spend your vacations in Monsieur Maleysson's Holiday cottage. The Chapteuil Holiday cottage blends perfectly into the landscape. This volcanic stone house reigns over a vast plot of land planted with trees and flowers, fenced in at the front for the safety of the little ones! Inside, you'll discover a country-style decor sprinkled with a touch of modernity, offering an atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation! Outside, you'll enjoy a sheltered Spa. Local activities: climb the Chapteuil hill to discover the remains of its medieval castle, visit the village market and the many events on offer throughout the year, enjoy the excellent restaurants and small village shops... A little further afield: Discover the splendors of Lake Bleu, the Guerrin mill, the rocky village of Queyrieres, the Meygal cross-country skiing area, etc. Even further afield: The City of Le Puy en Velay and its UNESCO World Heritage monuments, the splendor of the Mezenc high plateaux, the Allier gorges!

The front of the house opens onto a road with very little traffic, but the courtyard is secured by a wall. The entrance hall leads to a large living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room and toilet.
On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms, one of which opens directly onto the outside, a bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate toilet. Access to a sheltered Spa in the back garden.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you will be entitled to 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
