La p'tite maison

Welcome to the gîte "La p'tite maison", a true cocoon of tranquility nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Brestilhac, overlooking the Loire Valley in unspoilt natural surroundings, it is located in the commune of Chaspinhac. Ideal for a rejuvenating stay in the countryside, the cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. This pretty, tastefully renovated cottage with its rustic charm offers a warm, soothing setting. With its exposed beams and meticulous decoration, every detail has been thought of to create a cosy atmosphere in which to enjoy life. Take full advantage of the fresh air, as the gîte is set in spacious, well-kept grounds. Whether you want to sunbathe, have lunch outside or simply relax and admire the surrounding nature, the outdoor spaces are perfect for savoring moments of calm and serenity.

The gîte is set in enclosed grounds. Parking is available right in front of the house.
At the front of the house you'll find a lovely wooden terrace.
The entrance opens onto the living room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area with TV, board games and a few books...
On the second floor, you'll find a lovely bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine (suitable for children aged 6 and over). The bedroom opens onto a bathroom with toilet.


Optional bed linen and bath towels extra: €15 per person.
Gîte suitable for 3 people, the mezzanine bed is accessible for children aged 6 and over.
