Set in the heart of a rural village with rolling countryside, this spacious house is a restored former inn opening onto a large 600 m² enclosed courtyard. Nearby: butcher's shop 4 km, medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog...) 9 km, St-Paulien (church, aquatic center...) 11 km. All shops and services in St-Paulien (11 km).

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the shaded terrace (20 m²), while Kids can play on the covered terrace (25 m²) sheltered from the sun.

Entrance via a large living room (TV) with kitchenette (1 step), large adjoining storeroom, shower room and separate toilet, cellar.

On the 1st floor, via the landing, you'll find an independent Bedroom n°1 (2 beds 90), Bedroom n°2 (1 bed 140) and Bedroom n°3 (1 bed 90). Rooms n°2 and n°3 have an independent entrance from the landing, then a door to access Room n°4 (2 beds 120). Room n°4 is therefore only accessible from inside rooms 2 or 3. It does, however, open onto a small terrace on the former barn raising. A separate bathroom, toilet and laundry are also located on this level.
