Garrigou

Right in the center of one of France's most beautiful villages, this gîte is a lovingly restored former family home. On site: medieval village, ancient abbey, Cluniac site, towers, headdress museum, shops and services. Nearby: the wide-open spaces of Cantal and Cézallier, medieval village of Léotoing 10 km away, Brioude 22 km away (Maison du Saumon, Biennale de l'Aquarelle, Maison de Mandrin, Saint-Julien basilica...). All shops and services in Massiac 9 km away.

The building's character is enhanced by the use of wood, lime and hemp, and by a pleasant 10 m² wooden terrace opening onto a small enclosed garden (150 m²).

First floor: cellar with washing machine.

The terrace gives access to the 1st floor, which comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining room with sitting area (DVD player) and a shower room with toilet.

On the 2nd floor, a large family bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90) with private bathroom (shower room with wc) and a bedroom with 1 bed 140 on the mezzanine, private shower room with wc.

Services provided free of charge by the owners:
- Heating, sheets, towels and table linen are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) is included in the price.
- Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair.
- Free wifi Internet access.
- Trampoline and table soccer available.

A deposit of €250 is required on arrival.

Socket for recharging electric vehicles available in the village.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
