Clinging to a valley with an unobstructed view of the Velay, this large gîte is a combination of 2 adjoining gîtes, ideal for a get-together with friends or family. In a quiet, flower-filled setting, the house is set in the heart of classified meadows and the Mézenc volcanoes, slightly set back from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche. Surrounded by fields, the property includes the 2 gîtes and its large, unfenced grounds (2700 m²). Nearby: Les Estables 7 km (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier 12 km (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services).

Large gîte (sleeps up to 14):
The first floor features a kitchen-dining area as well as a cozy living room with TV, a storeroom, a toilet and a shower room.
The 1st floor features 5 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm)
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 80 as required).
Each bedroom has its own private shower room-WC.

Small gîte (up to 4 people):
The first floor features a cosy living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa bed 180) opening onto a paved terrace at the rear, and a WC.
The 1st floor features 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160) and a shower room with WC.

Electric heating included in the price.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table, bottle warmer.

Fondue and raclette machines are available in the gîte for your enjoyment.

Cleaning option: 230€. If this option is not taken up, a deposit of the same amount will be required.

Shared washing machine and dryer (laundry room and shared shoe/ski drying room). Garage for bicycles.
