It's here that you'll find Evelyne's charming gîte, the ideal base from which to discover this village of character and our rich heritage. From the gîte: discover Polignac (historic site of Grimaldi de Monaco) with its fortress (numerous events, shops, restaurants), hiking trails, visit to the Polignac soap factory... Just a few minutes away: the town of Le Puy-en-Velay with its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, Crozatier museum, the "Le Puy de Lumières" show in summer, the Roi de l'Oiseau festival in September, weekly market... A little further afield: discover the Haute-Loire: the Loire Gorges, the Allier valley, the Mézenc plateau...

On the ground floor, the holiday cottage features a cozy living area that combines a kitchenette, a dining area, and a sitting area with a TV and a reading nook. Upstairs, the sleeping area has a double bed (140×190 cm). You’ll also find a shower area, as well as a space with a sink and toilet. The cottage is surrounded by flower beds.
Street parking is free, and you can also park in the owner’s courtyard.
This is a smoke-free property.
All-inclusive rates include: bed linens and towels for the duration of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the holiday cottage must be tidied up, trash cans emptied, bed linens gathered in one place, and the bathrooms must be left in a reasonably clean condition), heating and electricity within the limits of reasonable and moderate consumption (8 kWh/day)—if consumption significantly exceeds this limit, the excess must be paid on-site to the owners.
